Northcott's Early Childhood team in Seven Hills offers a full-time position until 30 June 2025, with the possibility of an extension. Who are we?

Northcott is an Early Childhood partner contracted to deliver the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service to local communities in Northern NSW, Mid North Coast, Hunter New England, Northern Sydney, and Western Sydney. The EC approach supports children aged 0-9 with developmental concerns, delays, and / or disabilities.

What does this role look like daily?

The key focus of our Early Childhood First Nations Community Coordinator will be working with First Nations children with disabilities and developmental delays and their families to determine the best supports for their improved independence, social participation, and quality of life. The coordinator will also connect with the local community to build networks and pathways that create inclusion opportunities for First Nations children with disabilities and their families to access Early Childhood Services.

The role will cover the local region in our Seven Hills office. It involves some travel to meet the children and their families / carers in their community and home environment.
