In partnership with a leading New Jersey health system, we're reimagining what inpatient care can look like — giving RNs the autonomy, flexibility, and time to deliver high-quality, compassionate care without the constant chaos of the hospital setting.\n\nIf you're an RN who thrives on independence, critical thinking, and meaningful patient relationships — this is the kind of nursing that reminds you why you started.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n

  • Care for 3–5 patients per shift — providing the same level of clinical care they'd receive in the hospital.\n
  • Perform advanced, hands-on skills (IVs, wound care, PICC / port management, Foley insertion, NG tubes, med administration, and more).\n
  • Use cutting-edge remote monitoring technology in collaboration with a virtual RN and physician team.\n
  • Travel to patients' homes using company-provided vehicle.\n
  • Help keep operations running smoothly through teamwork, communication, and shared accountability.\n\nWhy You'll Love It\n
  • No weekend coverage — enjoy your weekends off!\n
  • Optional on-call — take it if you want, skip it if you don't.\n
  • Self-scheduling with two shift options : \n
  • 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM\n
  • 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM\n
  • Full-time, 40-hour workweek — with true work-life balance built in.\n

  • Active New Jersey RN license\n
  • BLS & ACLS certifications\n
