Residential Sales Representative The Exterior Company (TEC) is expanding our in-home sales team in Connecticut! We're looking for driven, high-energy sales professionals to connect homeowners with TEC's premium servicesprimarily roofing, and occasionally siding and gutters.

What You'll Do : Attend Pre-Set Appointments : No cold callingmeet with qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest.

Conduct In-Home Consultations : Perform roof inspections and deliver tailored product presentations.

Present Solutions : Use our digital tools to share customized packages, pricing, and financing options.

Close Sales : Help homeowners invest in their property and earn top-tier commissions in the process.

What You Can Expect Paid Training : $500 per week for 5 weeks, designed to prepare you to succeed.

Sign-On Bonus : $2,500 bonus paid out in addition to training pay plus additional monthly bonuses and fuel reimbursement

Pre-Qualified Leads : You'll work with scheduled appointmentsno cold outreach.

Tech-Enabled Sales Tools : Streamline your sales process with our customized software.
