Job Description : Job Summary

Highly motivated and experienced Program Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing complex aerospace programs from inception to delivery, managing schedules, and meeting technical and contractual requirements. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include developing project plans, overseeing risk management, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing, serving as the primary liaison with customers, ensuring quality and compliance, and reporting progress to senior management. The candidate must have experience in program management, aerospace, defense, and manufacturing.

Requirements

• Preferably with at least 2+ years' experience in Program Management
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Full-time hours are 7 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
