Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential non-integrated referral partners
Develop and execute strategic plans for expanding referral channels within target industries
Monitor referral flow, conversion rates, and partner performance metrics
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or referral programs
Proven track record of driving revenue through indirect channels or referral partnerships
Experience managing pipeline and performance metrics in a CRM
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
