A high-volume, multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center in Southern California, just 1 hour to Santa Barbara, is seeking an experienced ASC or surgical services leader to take on the Administrator role. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position that offers strategic, operational, and clinical leadership responsibilities in one of the country's largest ASC platforms.

Highlights :

Base Salary : up to $160,000 (W2)

4 ORs and 1 treatment room – ENT, Ortho, GI, GYN, and more
No nights, weekends, or call

Requirements :

5+ years of healthcare management experience

ASC leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of clinical operations, budgeting, and compliance

Bachelor's degree required
