Location : Oregon

Rate : hourly

Expenses : Flight, Lodging, Rental Car, Mileage if local

Need : Locum Urologist

Certifications : BC-Urology

Experience : 1 year+

License : Active Oregon license preferred, willing to wait for new Oregon license if need be

Credentialing : 30 days or ASAP

Schedule : Mon-Friday 8-hour days 8a-5p (possibly take 10 hr days for 4 days / week

Call : 1 day a week, and 1 : 5 for weekends Fri-Sun

Dates open : Can start someone with active OR license and clean background within 30 days!

Other Info : Epic EMR, 20-25 ppd in clinic. No OR procedures. Great facility to work at and this need will be ongoing!
