Accounts Receivable Associate

A company is looking for an Associate, AR.

Key Responsibilities

Manage invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all business segments

Record and apply cash receipts, reconcile daily cash deposits, and maintain detailed cash transaction records

Support month-end close processes, prepare reports on accounts receivable status, and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or CPG company preferred

Proficiency in ERP Platforms, with a strong preference for NetSuite

Familiarity with GAAP principles and e-Commerce accounting required

Demonstrated knowledge of accounting systems and financial processes
