The role involves building pre-engineered buildings and using hand and power tools to construct panels for metal buildings. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet, secured with safety harnesses.

Responsibilities include :

• Utilize hand and power tools to construct and install panels in metal buildings.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Perform tasks in various weather conditions and at significant heights.

Additional skills and qualifications :

Pay : $20-$25 for 0-3 years of experience, $26-$30 for 5 years of experience.

Work environment :

Work is conducted outdoors in all weather conditions. The crew consists of 4-5 members, including other carpenters and laborers. The dress code requires wearing pants, a high visibility shirt, and steel toe boots. Standard working hours are from 6 am to 5 pm, totaling 40-45 hours per week, though hours may vary depending on job location and requirements.

Pay and benefits :

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
