Key Responsibilities
Manage and support a team of call center representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
Ensure compliance with CMS requirements and maintain high-quality customer service standards
Analyze call center data to prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
3 or more years of experience in customer service or related fields
1 or more years in a supervisory or lead role
Solid knowledge of Medicare guidelines and CMS compliance standards
Proficiency in call center and workforce management tools
