Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee municipal construction projects, including schools, jails, and government buildings. The Superintendent will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to public works and construction.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Prepare and present reports on project status to stakeholders and government officials.
