Job descriptionPerform laboratory tests and procedures according to established protocols and quality control standards Analyze and interpret test results, and report findings to healthcare providers Maintain accurate and complete laboratory records and documentation Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with laboratory equipment and procedures Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable test results Maintain inventory and ensure proper functioning of laboratory equipment and supplies Adhere to laboratory safety and infection control protocols Bachelor's degree in medical technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field ASCP certification or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations and quality control standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy
