Taxi Dispatcher – Keep zTrip Running Smoothly

zTrip is North America’s largest taxi provider, operating over 6,000 vehicles across 38 cities. Our mission is to provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation that connects people and communities.

We’re currently seeking a Taxi Dispatcher to join our dynamic operations team. In this vital role, you'll oversee daily dispatch functions, assign trips to drivers, and ensure clear, timely communication across teams—keeping our fleet operating at maximum efficiency.Shift : Tuesday - SaturdayWhat You’ll Do as a Taxi Dispatcher :

  • Assign drivers to trips based on availability, proximity, and customer needs
  • Monitor taxi operations and quickly address any service-related issues
  • Share trip details, route changes, and real-time updates with drivers
  • Keep accurate logs of dispatch activity and vehicle deployment
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service to streamline performance
  • Handle disruptions or emergencies with professionalism and speed

What You Bring to the Role :

  • Experience in dispatching, transportation, or fleet coordination (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Clear, confident communication abilities
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
  • Familiarity with dispatch or GPS-routing software is a plus
  • A valid driver’s license is required
