ServiceNow HRSD Developer

The ServiceNow HRSD Developer will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to streamline HR processes and improve the overall employee experience. This role will focus on designing HR workflows, integrating with other HR systems, and ensuring data accuracy and security while optimizing the platform for performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including Employee Service Center, HR Case Management, and Employee Document Management
• Design and implement HR workflows, knowledge bases, and self-service portals
• Develop and maintain HR service catalog items and record producers
• Configure and optimize Employee Journey Management solutions
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other HR systems (HRIS, Learning Management Systems)
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems
• Implement and maintain data privacy and security controls
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for HR metrics
• Perform system upgrades and testing
• Implement and maintain HR automation processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
