Geospatial Systems Administrator

Overview

Geospatial Systems Administrator position within the Information Technology category. This full-time role supports a DoD organization and will be located in Fayetteville, NC. Travel up to 10% (Outside Continental US). Clearance : TS / SCI.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be part of an IT team responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise system architecture, including geospatial databases, network equipment, and software tools and applications. Responsibilities include :

• Perform complex analysis, design, and modification of GIS applications and databases; evaluate new GIS hardware and software.
• Install, configure, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the enterprise GIS architecture.
• Serve as the face of the IT team with end users to troubleshoot and develop solutions that meet requirements.
• Administer technologies including ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, SOCET GXP, OpenGeo Software Suite, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, NetApp storage, VMWare, and Linux server software.
• Contribute to system architecture backup and recovery planning, implement security protocols and patches, monitor system health and load, and administer multiple servers, databases, and storage solutions.

Pay Range

The proposed salary range for this position is $71,500 - $150,200. This range depends on factors such as location, experience, skills, education, and certifications. CACI offers comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, education, and time off.
