What You’ll Do
- Scale Operations : Architect and lead the processes that will take SI from $30M to $100M+ in revenue with sustainable margins.
- Process Champion : Build repeatable, efficient systems that allow for rapid scaling without losing agility or culture.
- Technology-Forward Leadership : Drive adoption of tools and innovations that keep SI at the forefront of the industry.
- Manufacturing Mastery : Optimize multi-site manufacturing and supply chain operations for both domestic and international facilities.
- ERP Expertise : Oversee and guide multiple NetSuite implementations and optimizations, ensuring finance, operations, sales, and manufacturing systems are seamlessly integrated.
- Culture & People : Lead with energy and vision, supporting a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and fun.
Who You Are
A proven COO, VP of Operations, or senior operator who has successfully scaled a business into the $100M+ range.Deeply process-focused, with a passion for building scalable systems.Experienced with multiple NetSuite implementations in manufacturing environments.Strategic yet hands-on : you’re as comfortable in the boardroom as you are walking the factory floor.A natural innovator—someone who embraces technology and loves bringing new ideas to life.Collaborative, humble, and driven : you know how to lead with both vision and execution.Benefits
