Underwriting Training Program About the Role If you enjoy building relationships and possess an analytical mindset, Zurich’s Underwriting Training Program offers the opportunity to leverage both skill sets in one of the most critical roles in insurance. This training program provides the tools and instruction to help you evaluate risks for large and multinational companies. You’ll learn to negotiate and determine the prices and terms to cover a variety of risks while building your value.

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled.
