Galpin Motors is looking for a BDC Caller to join our Galpin Ford team located in the heart of beautiful North Hills, CA. Some of What You'll Do:

• Start the day by reviewing any new leads or messages that came in overnight and create the schedule and tasks for the day.
• Make outbound calls and emails to follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven't made a purchase yet.
• Following the scheduled cadence by the CRM Momentum.
• Send follow-up text messages to customers who have provided their phone numbers and opted in for text communications.
• Bring potential customers to the attention of the salesperson or internet manager, highlighting relevant details and notes from previous interactions.
• Update CRM records with any new information or developments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer literacy - excel and software navigation
• Phone Etiquette
• 10 key typing ability
• Dealership experience highly preferred
• Call Center experience highly preferred
