Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in San Diego, CA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing patient care, developing rehabilitation programs, and administering physical therapy treatments. Daily tasks include assessing patient conditions, creating customized treatment plans, and documenting progress. The role requires close collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
• Experience in Patient Care and Home Care settings
• Strong knowledge of Medicine as it pertains to physical therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site setting
• Relevant licensure and certifications in physical therapy
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus
