Job Description

Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Manage subcontractors, field crews, and daily job site operations. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teams to ensure smooth execution. Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation. Represent the company professionally while traveling and working with diverse teams.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Proven ability to manage ground-up and / or renovation projects across multiple locations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam). Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
