Position Overview
Georgia Pines Insurance Agency Jensen Beach location team has supported the surrounding communities of Jensen Beach Florida , for over twenty years. We seek talented agents who want to join our growing team!
This sales and service position requires 90% Personal Lines and 10% Commercial Lines support. The primary objective is to promote sales of new and existing businesses. The secondary aim is to provide excellent customer service for the client to generate growth for the agency.
Responsibilities
- Quote and sell policies / products
- Provide excellent customer service, understand client needs, and accurately review and modify policies
- Contact potential clients, utilizing existing client cross-sell lists, contact calls, and optimizing marketing-generated leads
- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles to offer them the proper product solution
- Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales, and terms and keep activity notations in compliance with agency procedures
- Properly document and update all customer information within the database
- Mail and document management
- Other duties, as requested
Qualifications
Valid 2-20 Property & Casualty General Lines LicenseMust be willing to work full-timeBe proficient in the rules and regulations related to personal lines and commercial lines insurance.Demonstrate skill and experience in all aspects of professionally managing an existing book of business.Rewrite and relationship-building expertise.Knowledge and use of agency management software and comparative rating softwareAbility to market new business with the communityTeam playerWillingness and ability to be proactive beyond the reactive demands of the role"Can do" attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentBenefits
