Key Responsibilities
Directs administrative operations of the Cancer Registry and oversees contract reporting of cancer cases
Leads quality improvement initiatives and ensures compliance with state and national standards
Develops quality metrics and manages the training pipeline for qualified registrars
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience / training
5-7 years of experience managing a cancer registry and budget
Oncology Data Specialist certification required
Knowledge of clinical specialty and quality measures related to cancer registry
Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making
