Dealership Lot Technician Full Time (Bend, Madras & Central Oregon Region)

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM (or until assignments are complete)

Route Coverage : Bend, Madras, Redmond, Prineville, Sisters, La Pine, Sunriver, Terrebonne & surrounding areas

Pay : $22 / hour base + guaranteed $25 / hour during training ramp-up + per-vehicle photo incentives

What Youll Be Doing

• Drive between assigned dealerships in your own reliable vehicle
• Capture crisp interior & exterior photos, 360 spins, videos, and window labels with a company-issued iPhone & app
• Locate vehicle keys, move cars, and stage them for the perfect shot
• Apply inventory labels & window stickers
• Communicate with dealership staff about unready or missing vehicles
• Manage your schedule independently, prioritize tasks, and finish assignments on time

Who Were Looking For

• Reliable vehicle + valid drivers license
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, organized, and dependable
• Tech-savvy & eager to learn new systems / software
• Manual transmission experience is a bonus but not required
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
