Dental Patient Care Coordinator

We are a general dentistry office seeking an amazing dental treatment coordinator for our office. The candidate will directly work with patients at check out to get them scheduled as well as follow up with patients to get treatment holes filled.

Other Responsibilities :

• Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
• Manage phones.
• Ensure waiting area is set up.
• Ensure the schedule is filled for the next day.
• Aids in maintaining doctor / hygiene schedules as necessary.
• Aids other admin in daily tasks.
• Dental Experience is a plus!
