Senior Underwriting Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Underwriting Specialist for Human Services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, solicit, underwrite, and sell new and renewal Middle Market accounts in the Human Services Industry

Collaborate with various teams to share knowledge and mentor less experienced underwriters

Conduct peer-to-peer self-audits and assist in training team members on complex risks and industry trends

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in underwriting within the Human Services Industry

Proven track record in sales and account management

Ability to work in a hybrid or remote setting

Informal leadership experience and mentoring capabilities

Relevant educational background in insurance, finance, or a related field
