A company is looking for an Incident Analyst (with P&C insurance).
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution, including code checks and applying fixes
Participate in Major / Severe Incident calls, providing technical expertise and timely updates
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes under problem management
Required Qualifications
At least 6 years of experience in PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter Analyst roles
Strong experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) domain
Technical expertise in GW ClaimCenter Integration
Knowledge of GOSU scripting is essential
Database skills, preferably in SQL Server 2012 or ORACLE 11g
