Job Summary

The Parts Counterperson will amplify the sale of parts and accessories for the dealership while providing excellent customer satisfaction as being the primary contact between the parts department and all internal departments and / or customers retail customers and wholesale customers.

Responsibilities :

Receive and process orders for parts.

Promote additional sales of related parts and / or accessories.

Inventory control and maintain shelf stock.

Assist customers (internal retail and wholesale) with concerns and updates on back ordered parts.

Keep work area and storage area clean and neat.

Comply with all company policies procedures and safety standards.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Automotive dealership parts experience is required Ford experience is a plus.

• CDK experience is a plus.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Computer competency and basic math skills.

Organizational and time management skills.

Professional well-groomed personal appearance.

Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
