Job descriptionExperience working with Walmart datasets and internal systems is a strong plus. Customer Data Management & Analytics Hands-on experience managing large-scale customer datasets. Ability to perform advanced analytics and extract strategic insights for customer-centric decision-making. Generative AI Applications Proven experience implementing generative AI to enhance productivity and business performance. Ability to automate and optimize marketing or customer-facing processes using AI. Technical Acumen Strong understanding of software development, data architecture, and machine learning concepts. Close collaboration experience with engineering and data science teams. Strategic Vision Ability to align AI and product development with business priorities. Capable of anticipating future trends and identifying opportunities for innovation and transformation. Communication & Leadership Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to clearly articulate product and project vision, write detailed specifications, and present complex concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.

Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee complex, data-driven initiatives focused on the integration of generative AI applications. The role requires strong collaboration across engineering and data science teams to deliver high-impact strategies, BI / analytics dashboards, and customer-centric data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver large-scale technical projects with a focus on generative AI integration and data-driven business outcomes.
- Oversee delivery of data assets and BI / analytics dashboards, maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to align business goals with technical execution.
- Develop and implement innovative AI-based solutions that improve customer experience and optimize marketing performance.
- Drive project planning, execution, and stakeholder management with a strong focus on measurable results.
