Title : Senior Designer

Reports to : Director of Design

Job Location Type : Onsite Only

Primary Role :

The Senior Designer is responsible for creating graphic design solutions to achieve various communication objectives at Crossway. Central is the visual presentation of Crossway's content and products to the marketplace with truth, beauty, and excellence in various media forms. THIS IS A NON-REMOTE POSITION.

This role does not involve concepting and designing book covers. Needs for this position are strongly focused on developing designs for Marketing and Sales. Deliverables include print and digital materials for B2B and B2C, conference signage, and e-newsletters.

The Senior Designer will have excellent skills in implementing Crossway's brand across multiple channels by harmonizing our corporate fonts with thoughtful layout arrangements. A love for Gotham, Sentinel, and clean white space with subtle hints of gray is required!

This position will also work closely with our photography team to develop effective images for various marketing applications.

Qualifications :

• At least 5-10 years of experience in branding and marketing design.
• Exceptional design, typography, and layout skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with managing multiple projects at a time ranging in size.

Benefit Program :

Salary :

Salary range : $75,000-$85,000 annual. Competitive salary based on previous work experience, education, acquired skills, and established relationships. Salary commensurate with current standards for comparable positions and responsibilities within publishing and other leading not-for-profit ministries. Compensation is reviewed and evaluated annually by the Executive Compensation Committee (ECC) of the Crossway Board of Directors.
