Your Role and Responsibilities :
As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will :
Assist in planning, organizing, and directing the daily functions of the Nursing Department.Oversee in-service educational programs in line with federal, state, and local standards.Ensure the highest level of quality care is maintained at all times.What We’re Looking For :
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications :
Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing, meeting all applicable federal and state licensure requirements.Current CPR certification is required.At least 18 years of age.Ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner.Proficiency in spoken and written English.Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other healthcare-related environment.Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices.Ability to plan and develop new programs.A positive attitude toward the elderly.Willingness to seek out and incorporate new methods and principles into training practices.Ready to Make a Difference?
