Your Role and Responsibilities :

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will :

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and directing the daily functions of the Nursing Department.
  • Oversee in-service educational programs in line with federal, state, and local standards.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality care is maintained at all times.

    • What We’re Looking For :

    To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications :

  • Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing, meeting all applicable federal and state licensure requirements.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other healthcare-related environment.
  • Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices.
  • Ability to plan and develop new programs.
  • A positive attitude toward the elderly.
  • Willingness to seek out and incorporate new methods and principles into training practices.
