🦷 About the Role

As a Remote Dental Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the voice patients hear after their consultation — following up, answering questions, clarifying costs or benefits, and helping them confidently say “yes” to recommended care.

You’ll work from home, using Codent’s platform to manage follow-ups for several partner practices. This role blends dental knowledge, communication skills, and patient-centric salesmanship.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Manage patient follow-up communication via text, email, and phone using Codent’s platform.
• Review treatment plans and insurance estimates to confidently discuss options and next steps.
• Track patient responses, schedule appointments, and record outcomes within our system.
• Collaborate with multiple dental practices to ensure consistent tone, brand, and workflow.
• Identify common patient objections and provide feedback to improve our AI assistant scripts.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold patient confidentiality.
