Overview Department : Telemetry Schedule : Full-time, Days; 7a-7p with rotating weekends & holidays Hospital : Resurrection Medical Center Location : Chicago, IL 60631

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the communication needs of the department.
• Transcribes physician orders from records with notation and signature by nursing staff.
• Prepares and complies records patient records as appropriate for the unit.
• Orders supplies for the unit, prepares, and completes each patient's chart for necessary forms needed daily.
• Assists nursing staff for duties involving indirect patient care.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $16.60 to $23.84. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
