We are seeking a Physiatry (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) physician to provide locum tenens coverage in a hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation unit in Indiana. Position Details : Location : Near Crane, Indiana. Dates : December 24, 2024 (7 : 00 AM) - January 3, 2025 (7 : 00 AM). Coverage Type : Inpatient rehabilitation unit, including admissions, discharges, care planning, and daily rounds. Daily Patient Volume : Approximately 10-12 patients. Schedule : Daytime rounding on-site. 24-hour call coverage throughout the assignment. Weekend call and rounding as part of the assignment. Medication Management : Physicians will handle their own medication management. EMR System : Meditech. Support Team : Includes experienced RNs and patient care technicians. Requirements : Board Certification / Eligibility : Required in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Experience : Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation is preferred but not mandatory.
