Call Center Representative - Sales / Service Business Development Center

The Rallye Motor Company , Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has immediate career opportunities in our Business Development Center (BDC) at Our Acura store located in Roslyn. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to :

• Supplementing the sales or service team by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner.
• Scheduling service or sales appointments and logging appointments in E-leads. Taking note of any special client requests.
• Field phone and internet inquiries.
• Update clients on the progress of their vehicle repairs or sales processes.
• Work closely with service advisors or sales representatives.
• Conducting follow-up calls.

PAY RATE : $55,000 to $65,000 (hourly plus commission)
