A company is looking for a Relationship Management Specialist for their Local Market Account Management Team.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with clients and brokers, managing service needs and escalationsProvide education and training on products and services to internal and external partnersIdentify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and service deliveryRequired Qualifications4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)1 - 3+ years of experience in relationship management relevant to the roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectivelyExperience in a customer and / or broker facing role
