Job descriptionConduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals ages 5+ Collaborate with team members, families, and other providers as needed Maintain a caseload of at least 25 weekly client sessions (Telehealth can be an option) Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training Fully licensed in Virginia (or willing to obtain) Skilled in psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and documentation Comfortable working with diverse populations and creative in your therapeutic approach Familiar with EHR systems (Valant experience a plus) EMDR training or experience 3-5 Years of experience
