We are seeking dedicated RNs for our third shift (7 PM - 7 AM) to deliver exceptional patient-centered care across multiple specialties.

What You'll Do :

• Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
• Adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining excellence in clinical care.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience : 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
• Flexibility : Ability to meet scheduling requirements such as 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 weekend every 6 weeks.

Training & Skills :

• Receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training.

You will be responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in line with established standards. You will engage patients and families in care planning, anticipate significant changes in patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality care.

Your responsibilities also include implementing strategies to enhance patient safety, coordinating discharge plans, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. With a focus on communication and collaboration, you will lead care teams and ensure patient safety.

Licenses & Certifications : RNs must hold a valid nursing license and BLS certification.

Degrees : Completion of an accredited nursing program is required.
