About The Role :

Working as part of our Americas Client Solutions team, you’ll leverage your relationship management and analytical skills to deliver proactive, day-to-day client support.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide proactive daily client support,
• Developing strong partnerships and driving operational efficiencies.
• Leverage technical expertise to resolve trade, commission, fee, and brokerage discrepancies through root-cause analysis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and escalations, collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and strengthen controls.
