Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for managing a full book of business, handling claims and payments, policy renewals, new business sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, possess a P&C license, and be proficient in Applied Epic software.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims and payment assistance
• Review policy renewals, pricing, and delivery
• Support new business sales by sourcing, preparing quotes, and making presentations
• Complete Acord and application forms
• Handle inbound and outbound sales and service calls
• Maintain the Applied Epic agency management system
• Assist with departmental tasks and work with MGAs and underwriters
