Job Description : The Senior Project Manager shall be responsible for field execution of assigned projects, including site management, onsite construction operations and oversight of all work being installed for the duration of the Contract. Must have in-depth knowledge and experience as a general contractor for construction including pre-construction planning, scheduling, safety, quality control, equipment and workforce supervision. Must have the ability to lead and problem solve while working with all CSI trade divisions and the assigned self-performing work force.
Duties and Responsibilities include :
Maintain and assist with updating project schedule and three week look aheadSupport for negotiating contracts and change orders.Help develop subcontract agreements.Attend site visits for potential opportunities, and as needed during construction operation.Coordinate subcontractors and support staff to accomplish onsite tasksComplete daily reporting requirements and catalog site photosRead / Understand Plans and SpecificationsConstruct the work according to Plans / Specifications and Contract DocumentsCoordinate with Government stakeholders on status of field activitiesMonitor workmanship and maintain compliance with submittal requirementsMaintain and Facilitate the Company Safety ProgramReview subcontractor materials and workmanshipFacilitate the Company Quality Control ProgramMaintain RMS and other Govt reporting programsTrack and complete punch list according to contract requirementsAssist with gathering O&M Manuals and Closeout DocumentsPerform other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting.Minimum Qualifications :
