Drafter
The Drafter is responsible for working with our team of engineers to convert designs and customer requirements into technical plans; developing drawings / models, specifications, and material requirements of the production of current and future product lines.
Key responsibilities include :
- Coordinate with Engineers and Salespersons to gather product requirements and designs.
- Develop Bills of Material (BOM) calculating dimensions and requirements in materials.
- Create detailed designs with CAD (computer-aided design) software.
- Prepare and review rough sketches, present and review with the Engineering Team.
- Ensure final designs comply with the regulation and quality standards.
- Develop work instructions to document proper production procedures.
- Create manuals that describe existing products operations, features, and maintenance.
