Salary : $70,000-$85,000

Position Overview : We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction management, with a proven track record of effectively leading teams and delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control, to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Lead and motivate a team of skilled laborers, subcontractors, and vendors, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications, and communicate requirements and expectations to the team, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedule and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coordination, and resolution of project-related issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site, promote a culture of safety awareness, and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
