Paralegal

Overview

We're hiring an onsite Paralegal to be the in-office anchor who keeps transactions organized, responsive, and moving. You'll help coordinate many moving parts—documents, schedules, and communications—so clients, agents, lenders, title partners, and counterparties experience a smooth, professional process from intake to post-closing.

What you'll do

• Closing Docs & Recordings : Prepare / assemble closing packages; draft routine letters, payoff requests, escrow instructions, and standard form docs; proof for accuracy.
• Coordinate execution, notarization, and post-closing recordings / e-recordings with county / agency as applicable.
• Own critical dates (closing, contingencies, mortgage commitments, inspections).
• Schedule closings, client meetings, and appearances; manage attorney calendars.
• Maintain complete, audit-ready files and representation documents; track tasks in Clio / Filevine or similar.
