Senior Security Monitoring Agent - Night Shift

We are seeking a Senior Security Monitoring Agent for the overnight shift in our 24 / 7 Security Monitoring Center in the Tech Center. Position Summary

The Senior Security Monitoring Agent (SSMA) provides live surveillance of Empyreal facilities and vehicles. This includes ensuring that facility and vehicle communications, tracking, monitoring, and access systems are operational, online, and properly maintained. The SSMA monitors, documents, and identifies all suspicious activity, including monitoring the patterns of people in and around Empyreal facilities and vehicles. They also provide mentorship and coaching to Security Monitoring Agents (SMAs) during the shift, train new SMAs, and act as Shift Lead Relief when the Security Shift Lead is not on duty. (Typically 2 full shifts per week.)

Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to :

Training / Coaching

• Assist in the onboarding and training of new Security Operations Center staff
• Ensure that Empyreal standards regarding quality and productivity are upheld.
• Actively mentor and coach SMAs to be more efficient and competent
