Clerical Worker

This is hourly paid work performing administrative, clerical, and general office duties. This position is part-time and requires less than 30 hours per week and is not eligible for benefits. Note : This is a 29-hour-per-week position.

Job Specific Duties :

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook (Calendar)
• Ability to use office equipment
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Plan meetings and take detailed notes
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain filing systems
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications :

High School diploma or GED AND two years of general office or administrative experience.
