JOB DESCRIPTION

• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures
• Repair or replace water heaters, toilets, faucets, sinks, and garbage disposals
• Use specialized tools and equipment to locate and clear clogs or leaks
• Interpret blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide accurate estimates and explain repairs to customers
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used
• Ensure proper cleanup of work areas after job completion
• Offer recommendations for plumbing system upgrades or preventive maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Stay updated on local plumbing codes and industry best practices
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
