Pay : $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM | No overnight routes
Job Details
- Route : Local deliveries and pickups for a building supply yard
- Freight : Touch freight - handling and delivering building materials
- Unload : Assist with loading, unloading, and handling customer purchases or returns
- Vehicle Type : CDL Class A commercial truck
- Lifting : Must be able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Work Environment : Outdoor setting, all weather conditions
Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle for local routesLoad and unload building materials with care and accuracyProvide exceptional customer service during deliveries and pickupsFollow delivery schedules, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanorConduct required pre- and post-trip vehicle inspectionsMaintain cleanliness of vehicle and report any maintenance issuesRepresent the company in a positive and professional mannerQualifications
