A company is looking for a Life Case Coordinator to support the new business process in life insurance applications.
Key Responsibilities
Input and process digital applications in internal systems and manage application intake
Monitor and manage the high-volume New Business inbox and track select digital cases
Prepare and mail checks and policy documents, and assist with administrative support functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in life insurance, financial services, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high-volume email traffic
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
