Compensation : $100,000 - $200,000 annually + $8,000 Retention Bonus!

Responsibilities :

Provide evaluations and therapeutic treatments in-home

Set realistic goals with patients and monitor progress

Educate families on exercises and recovery strategies

Communicate regularly with care team members

What We’re Looking For :

Licensed Physical Therapist in MN

Strong time management and adaptability

Reliable transportation and documentation skills

Home health experience preferred but not required
