Key Responsibilities & Exposure

Work alongside market‑recognised partners on sophisticated fundraises, secondaries, and investor mandates, with integrated support across tax, regulatory, and securities advisory. Expect consistent exposure to high‑growth sectors and the chance to develop deep technical credentials within a collaborative, entrepreneurial team.

Qualifications

Experience advising on private fund formations and related regulatory considerations.

Knowledge of private placements, unregistered funds, and Investment Advisers Act matters.

Strong drafting skills and comfort managing complex workstreams.

California qualification or eligibility to waive in.
